The Development Studies department resides in the building of the Faculty of Science, which can be easily found near the city center between the Bezruč Park (Bezručovy sady) and the dormitory grounds called Envelopa. The department can be reached by walking from the main train station along Třída Kosmonautů street within 10 minutes or by taking the tram no. 1, 5, or 7 to the “Envelopa” stop or no. 2, 3, 4, or 6 to the “Žižkovo náměstí” stop.

Once in the building, the department can be found in the northern wing on the first floor.
